Come along alone or with a friend. you are guaranteed to enjoy our Ladies only class. You will learn a mix of martial arts skills and techniques, along with getting fit, staying healthy, meeting new people and having huge amounts of fun. These classes can be joined at complete beginner level or as a more advance martial artist.
You do not need to worry about fitness; we understand that a lot of people start a Martial Art as a new way of helping with fitness. Our classes are perfect if you want to loose weight, gain confidence or learn self-defence. Our Coaches have been trained in teaching beginners to experienced martial artists.
