Our Ladies only classes were put on because of demand. A lot of ladies have said to us, they would love to train in martial arts, however for various reasons they would much prefer an environment with just females to train with. We listened and took action.
These classes can be joined at complete beginner level or as a more advanced martial artist.
We run 2 Ladies only classes, one on Tuesday evening at 7.30 pm which is normally taken by our female instructor Helen and another one on a Thursday morning at 10 am which is taken by Xav. These classes are ideal for ladies that want to get fit and shape up or just want to get started in martial arts and progress through the ranks to black belt.
The classes consist of kickboxing techniques and a bit of self-defence put into the mix. They last for 55 minutes, and we offer a free month’s trial for all new starters.
